New workspaces in the heart of Paris
In the heart of Paris’s 1st arrondissement, just steps from the Louvre and the Tuileries Garden, Studio Jean-Philippe Nuel has designed the interiors of the new offices of an international law firm at 185 rue Saint-Honoré.
Developed by Altarea Entreprise and designed by MARS Architectes, this approximately 5,800 sq m refurbishment project brings together two historic buildings that have been completely reimagined to accommodate more than 150 employees.
The Studio’s intervention creates a dialogue between heritage and modernity, with the aim of designing elegant, functional and contemporary workspaces. Flooded with natural light, the new high-end offices combine flexible work areas, informal lounges and meeting rooms, providing an environment that encourages interaction and collaboration while preserving confidentiality.
