L’Assise Restaurant – Radisson Blu Nantes

Located in the former courtroom of the Palais de Justice, the restaurant has been designed to desecrate the place while preserving its attributes: the historic woodwork has been preserved but painted white, the ceiling, preserved as it was, becomes a weightless painting in space. The wine cellar, or grappa cellar, closes the perspective on a stage in the very place where the court of justice used to sit.
